Determination of HIV-1 Coreceptor Usage via Support Vector Machines

Based on cross-validation experiments, the SVM is expected to classify unseen test cases with 90.86% accuracy. It classifies 262 out of our 271 training cases correctly (96.7%). Here is a breakdown of the SVM's performance in cross-validation.
